I wanted to tell you what an excellent job Joan Mistretta did last night in the Medicare 101 Zoom meeting. She is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and caring. Her PowerPoint was very clear and informative.
I will turn 65 in October and this was my first step in learning about the process of registering for Medicare and the steps I need to take. I would recommend Joan to anyone who has questions about Medicare.
